About me

Consultant, mentor, leadership coach.

For 2 decades I've been co-creating success stories in employee development, leadership assessment and culture change, working with individuals and teams in companies of various sizes, industries and cultures. To enhance the leadership quality, I challenge established mindsets, identify and develop talents, and share my insights. Our cooperation will allow you to learn from the best HR and management practices, and thus gain advantage in the VUCA world.

I've cooperated with charismatic, influential leaders, in the true sense of the word: leaders who change the lives of others for the better; the kind that make employees stick with the company, even if they have a "better offer" on the table. Their most important point in common is their great personal integrity and emotional maturity. This is something worth working on.

I'm witnessing many "aha" moments in my clients, so I believe I've managed to exceed many limitations of superficial developmental methods and practices. I dare to see beyond the masks, read between the lines, feel where the "catch" is. I encourage you to connect with your authentic self. I listen presently. I'll say it directly. It works.

I like working with leaders because of their responsibility towards own development and great influence on others in the organization. I believe support is crucial in achieving exceptional results. The outside view becomes an invaluable constribution to positive transformation and has significantly more far-reaching effects than you expect.
